How do I transfer a company I have sold, with its locks, to another company?

To transfer your company and all facilities: 

1. The seller signs in to their DaVinci Lock® account.
2. Create a new admin user for the purchasing entity.
3. Ensure “All Facilities” is toggled on in the add user dialog.
4. The purchaser will receive an email with instructions to set up their account.
5. Email the support team as [e-mail] and request we:
   
   • Update the purchaser user account to reflect owner role
   • Disable the seller user account(s)
6. Integrate your facility with your facility management software.
