To add one facility to your account:
- If you plan to integrate with one of our supported facility management software partners, contact info@davincilock.com to enroll in a subscription tier.
- Once enrolled, sign in to your DaVinci Lock® account.
- Click “Facilities”.
- Click “Add Single Facility”.
4. Confirm the details of the new facility.

- For "Public Company Name" and "Public Facility Name", use the naming convention as you want it to appear on the overlock release portal.
- If information is added for both “Customer Service Phone Number” and “Phone Number”, “Customer Service Phone Number” will be displayed to the end user in the event of any issues.
5. Integrate with your facility management software (FMS) platform. Select your platform from the dropdown and add the required information from your FMS. For information on integrating your FMS with DaVinci Lock®, reference the links below:

6. Click “Submit” to save.
