To edit users in your account:
- Sign in to your DaVinci Lock® account.
- Click "Team", locate the user to be updated.
3. Edit the user accordingly. Adjustments that can be made to a user account include:

- Granting or revoking permission to the user account by toggling between "Active/Inactive"
- Name updates
- Role updates
- Email updates
- Granting or revoking facility access to the user by toggling the “All Facilities” setting. When toggled off, you can select specific facilities you would like the user to have access to by selecting each facility individually. When a user is assigned to specific facilities, they will not be automatically added to any new facilities saved in the company profile. The user account will need to be manually updated to reflect any new facilities added to the company profile.
4. Click “Save Changes".
5. [As needed] When reactivating a currently inactive user, you will need to reassign a role to the user.
