Can I delete a user that has left the company?

At this time, you cannot remove a user from your account. As an alternative, you can disable the users access to their DaVinci Lock account.

To disable access for a specific user:

1. Sign in to your DaVinci Lock® account.
2. Click "Team", locate the user you would like to edit.

3. Toggle the "Active/Inactive" setting on or off. 

4. Click "Save Changes".

5. [As needed] When reactivating a currently inactive user, you will need to reassign a role to the user.
