Once signed in to DaVinci Lock® you will be presented with a navigation dashboard. Click on the Company Details tile at top-left.

Click that icon to open the following dialog:
You can modify all of your basic company information here.
You can also change the name that is publicly displayed in the customer portal by filling out the Public Name field. This public name will be used in place of your company name by default unless you have set an override in your facilities. In that case, those facilities with an override will be displayed under the override name.
Under Miscellaneous Settings you can choose a subdomain for your customer portal site. As long as that subdomain hasn't been claimed already, it's yours. We do reserve the right to change any subdomains that contain offensive language.
You can also upload your company logo which will be displayed on the customer portal when a tenant visits your personalized version. Please note: you will need to wait for the logo to finish uploading before saving your changes.
Once done making any modifications, click Save to save your changes.
