Once signed in to DaVinci Lock® you will be presented with a navigation dashboard. Click on the Facilities tile at top-middle. You will see a list with all of your facilities.

Editing a Facility
Clicking the pen and paper icon will display the following dialog:
On the customer portal Public Name is used instead of Facility Name if it is filled out. In addition, if Customer Service Phone Number is filled out then it will be displayed to the end user if there is a problem instead of Phone Number. Lastly, if Override Company Name is filled out then this facility will be indexed under a different company name from the one belonging to your account.
The rest is self explanatory except for Management Software. DaVinci Lock integrates with several facility management software platforms. We currently support Storable platforms, including storEDGE, SiteLink, and Easy Storage Solutions. If you manage your properties using one of these then you can integrate DaVinci Lock with them. Information about exact details of how to integrate the two is beyond the scope of this article, but specific information can be found in these articles:
Once you are happy with the information you've provided, click Add to save your changes.
Toggling API Visibility
Clicking the toggle switch icon will change the visibility of the facility in our API. This has no effect when it comes to our mobile application, but it will affect everything else, including the customer portal and any external integrations with our API.
