At this time, you cannot remove a facility from your account. As an alternative, you can re-use the facility by updating the facility details to reflect new facility information.
For assistance with disabling the facility, send us an email at support@davincilock.com with your contact and facility information. To disable a facility, no locks can be digitally stored at the facility. Transfer any existing locks via the DaVinci LockĀ® portal to another facility or a holding facility before contacting the support team with a request to disable your facility. Reach out should you wish to re-active the facility at a later time.
