Selling your company and all of its facilities
In this case, transferring is easy and can be done entirely by you, should you choose to do so. You can create a client admin user for the buying company in your account, making sure you don't select any facilities in the add user dialog. Before doing this you may want to change your company details to remove anything you don't want the buyer to have.
Once done, you can contact support and let us know to disable all other users in the account.
Selling a facility while retaining all others in your company
In this case, you will need to do the following:
1. Let the buyer know they will need create an account in DaVinci Lock®.
2. Contact support via email and let us know the facility name you are selling and to which company you want to transfer it to.
3. Have the buyer contact support via email to let us know which facility they are buying and from which company they are acquiring it from.
Please note: company names are sometimes not unique through different countries, so be specific.
Once we have both emails confirming the intent to transfer a specific facility, we will start the process of transferring the facility between the companies. This may take up to 24 hours. We will email both the seller and buyer once the transfer is complete.
