How do I transfer a facility I have sold, with its locks, to another company?

To retain your company and transfer ONE facility to another entity:

1. The purchaser will need to create an account with DaVinci Lock®. If the purchaser already has a DaVinci Lock® account, skip to step 2.
2. The seller signs in to their DaVinci Lock® account.
3. Click “Facilities”, locate the facility to be transferred.

4. Click “Transfer Facility”.

5. Add the email address associated with the purchasing entity's DaVinci Lock® owner account.

6. Click “Submit” to initiate the transfer process.

7. The purchaser will receive an email with steps to accept or decline the transfer request.

8. Integrate your facility with your facility management software.
