Once signed in to DaVinci Lock® you will be presented with a navigation dashboard. Click on the Serial Codes tile at middle-left. You will see a list with all of your serial codes. At the top left of this screen there is a facility list. At the top right is a search box where you can search by almost any criteria including facility name, unit number, serial code, unlock code, status, and substatus.
To edit a lock, simply click on the row you want to edit. This will bring up this dialog:
You can set the lock to a number of different statuses:
|Available||The lock is not currently being used and is available.||Unassigned|
|Lost||The lock cannot be found.||Unassigned|
|Assigned Overlock||The lock is assigned to a delinquent unit.||Assigned|
|Assigned to Vacant Unit||The lock is securing a vacant unit.||Assigned|
||The lock is assigned to a unit being auctioned.||Assigned|
|Returned to Dropbox||The lock is assumed to have been returned to a dropbox or a manager at the facility.||Assigned|
|Tenant Using Lock||The lock has been given to a tenant and they are using it.||Assigned|
|Damaged||The lock is damaged in some way and cannot be used.||Unassigned|
To assign a lock to a unit, first select an assigned Status. Then the Unit Number field will be editable and you can either type in the unit number or, if connected to a third-party management software, select your unit from the drop-down menu. Finally, click on Update to save your changes.
If you cannot find the Unit Number in the drop-down list, it may be excluded from the API in your management software settings.
