Where lock information is stored is dependent on which management software you use.

The unlock code for an assigned lock is stored under the Unit. You will find the unlock code in the Combination Lock Number field. Only one unlock code can be stored at a time, so this shows the most recent assigned lock. If that lock's status is changed to Available then the Combination Lock Number will be changed to the next most recently assigned lock as long as there is still a lock assigned to the unit. If there are no locks assigned to a unit, the field will say "None".
You can also use replacements in email and letter templates that support specific tenants to display the unlock codes there. Setting up email and letter templates is beyond the scope of this article and if you need help with them we encourage you to reach out to storEDGE support.
The unlock codes for a unit are stored in two places. For an occupied unit, the information is stored in the Unit note and the Tenant's note. If the unit is vacant, then it will only be stored in the Unit note. Information is stored in this format: "UnlockCode:" followed by the serial code, followed by the unlock code. There can be multiple entries, each referring to an individual lock.
In the Map screen, as you hover over units:
Clicking on a unit from the Map screen will show the Unit Status window:
Note: An outstanding bug was recently fixed where DaVinci Lock information would not show up here if there was a manually entered note previously on the unit. SiteLink will only display the portion of the note after the editor tag ("BM:" in the screenshot below). If you find that you do have a note still in this format, you can fix this by unassigning the lock, waiting 1 minute, and then reassigning the lock. Failure to do so can lead to data loss unfortunately, so be careful when editing unit notes. For example:
If the unit is occupied, you can click on the Notes button in the Unit Status window to display the tenant notes.
That will display the full history of tenant notes and there will be DaVinci Lock entries in there:

The unlock code for a unit is displayed in multiple places as Davinci Lock Code, but only if a lock is assigned to a unit. Only one unlock code can be stored at a time, so this shows the most recent assigned lock. If that lock's status is changed to Available then the Davinci Lock Code will be changed to the next most recently assigned lock as long as there is still a lock assigned to the unit.

The assigned serial code and unlock code for a unit is displayed on the Lease settings of a tenant's account. The full text in this field follows the format: "For SerialCode 11A23BC2 the Unlock Code is 4321".
These values can be pulled for all tenants at a location using the Custom Field report:
In addition, DomicoCloud will automatically email unlock information to a tenant once a payment has been made that meets the criteria to receive the code. For example, a delinquent tenant makes a payment that brings their account current.
